AART Architects
Sportens Hus in Kongelunden, Aarhus, is being refurbished and extended with new facilities for training and martial arts, among other activities.
In collaboration with Raundahl & Moesby, Woodconstruction is engineering, supplying and installing the load-bearing glulam structures for the new training hall.
The structure consists of glulam beams spanning approx. 24 metres, along with the associated columns.
The size of the beams places particular demands on transport, lifting and installation on the active construction site.
