The project on Holmagervej comprises a 650 m² warehouse hall constructed in CLT and glulam.
Woodconstruction was responsible for the design, supply, and installation of the structural shell, including the installation of sandwich panels for the facade and roof.
The structure is built with load-bearing walls and a roof in 60 mm CLT, combined with glulam beams at the ridge and across the roof surfaces. The roof is designed as a pitched roof with a 20-degree slope.
The structural shell was erected through an efficient process, with the elements installed in approximately three weeks from arrival to completed structure.
