Holmagervej

19 September 2023

A storage facility constructed with CLT and glulam. The load-bearing structure is built with CLT, including load-bearing walls and a 60 mm CLT roof. The roof structure is designed as a gable roof with a 20-degree slope, supported by glulam beams at the roof ridge and midway across each roof section. The facade and roof are clad with sandwich panels featuring profiled aluminum and PIR insulation—100 mm insulation in the facade and 160 mm in the roof, meeting the client's requirement for lightweight insulation.

The Holmagervej project is a 650 m² storage facility (Class 1-3). The columns and beams are constructed from glulam, while the walls and roof are made of CLT.

The elements were delivered and installed by Woodconstruction A/S, ensuring a smooth process with excellent collaboration and a satisfied client. From the arrival of the elements to the completion of the structural shell, the entire process took just over three weeks.
