Warehouse in CLT and glulam. The load-bearing structure is built in CLT, with load-bearing walls and roof in 60 mm CLT. The roof structure is designed as a gable roof with a 20-degree pitch and is supported by glulam beams along the ridge and in the middle of each roof slope. The facade and roof are clad with sandwich panels featuring profiled aluminium and PIR insulation — 100 mm in the facade and 160 mm in the roof to meet the client's requirements for lightweight insulation.
The construction on Holmagervej comprises a 650 m² hall in industrial and storage class 1–3, featuring glulam columns and beams, as well as walls and roof in CLT.
The elements were delivered and assembled by Woodconstruction A/S — a smooth process marked by good collaboration and a satisfied client. From the arrival of the elements to the completion of the structural shell, just over three weeks passed.
